Degree Requirement :

1. Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree
   • Must be from a recognized dental college/university approved under the Dentists Act, 1948.
2. Compulsory Rotatory Internship
   • Completion of a one-year compulsory rotatory internship in a recognized dental institution is mandatory before admission.
3. Registration with the State Dental Council
   • The candidate should have provisional or permanent registration with a State Dental Council / Dental Council authority.
4. Entrance Examination
   • Admission is generally through NEET-MDS, conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS).
