Currently serving as Assistant Professor at the Department of Medicine, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU, Aligarh, with specialized DM (Hepatology) training from PGIMER, Chandigarh, where he graduated as Topper. Trained in advanced GI endoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound at PGIMER, Chandigarh, and holds postgraduate diplomas from the Royal College of Physicians, England, and the American College of Gastroenterology, USA. A prolific researcher and thought leader with 63 peer-reviewed publications, 3 authored books, 4 book chapters, 15 published abstracts, and 15 papers presented at national and international conferences. Published extensively in top-tier, high-impact journals including The Lancet, The Lancet Gastroenterology & Hepatology, Journal of Hepatology, Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology, Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hepatology, JGH Open, and Digestive Diseases and Sciences (Springer Nature).
