Dr. Gunjan Dubey is a distinguished Professor in the Department of Education at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) with around thirty years of teaching, research, and academic leadership experience. A UGC-JRF awardee in Education. She began her career at AMU in 1996 as a Lecturer, and was successively promoted to Reader (2006), Associate Professor (2009), and Professor (2015) and has since contributed extensively to Teacher Education, Educational Psychology, Research Methodology, Indian Knowledge System, and Environmental Education. She has successfully guided numerous M.Ed. dissertations and Ph.D. theses in the same areas. Over the past three decades, she has taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Her research philosophy centre on promoting reflective teaching practices, ethical professional conduct, and the innovative use of technology in education. She continues to inspire students and scholars alike through her commitment to academic excellence and transformative learning.
