Dr. Hibah Islahi is an Assistant Professor at the Residential Coaching Academy, Aligarh Muslim University. She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics in 2021 from Aligarh Muslim University. Her research work has been published in SCI and SCOPUS indexed journals, along with peer-reviewed international book chapters. She has also presented her research at several international conferences.
At the Residential Coaching Academy, Dr. Hibah is actively involved in teaching and mentoring aspirants preparing for national-level competitive examinations. She teaches CSAT for the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination and provides focused guidance for UPSC Civil Services Mains aspirants who have opted for Mathematics as their optional subject. She also teaches Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning for the SSC-CGL Coaching Programme, coordinates coaching programmes, mentors aspirants, conducts counselling sessions, mock tests and mock interviews, and develops topic-wise study modules in Mathematics. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she contributes to the organisation of academic and motivational programmes, alumni interaction sessions, awareness programmes and other institutional activities at RCA.
