Dr. Hibah Islahi is an Assistant Professor at the Residential Coaching Academy, Aligarh Muslim University. She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics in the year 2021 from AMU, with specialization in special functions, operational techniques, hybrid and q-polynomials. Her research work has been published in SCI and SCOPUS indexed journals, along with peer-reviewed international book chapters. She has presented her work at several international conferences on special functions and applied mathematics.

Before joining AMU, Dr. Hibah served as Assistant Professor at Mangalayatan University, where she contributed extensively to academic development. Her responsibilities included participation in syllabus review committees, curriculum drafting for ODL and online programs, preparation of self-learning material, development of e-content, coordination of MOOCs, and involvement in NAAC-related academic processes. She also served as Project Officer of the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) Cell, was part of the Anti-Ragging Committee and Squad and worked as Managing Editor of the Mangalayatan Journal of Scientific and Industrial Research. In addition, she played active roles in organizing international seminars, conferences, and major university-level academic events.

At the Residential Coaching Academy, Dr. Hibah is committed to fostering a disciplined academic environment, delivering concept-oriented teaching, and providing structured guidance to aspirants preparing for civil services and other competitive examinations. Her approach integrates clarity, analytical thinking, and personalized academic support, aligning with the Academy’s mission of nurturing excellence among aspirants.
