Analysis of flows using Proper orthogonal decomposition technique and development of low-dimensional models. Development of Particle Velocity Upwind Schemes for the numerical solution of compressible flow models. Modelling of flows with low Mach number subjected to large temperature differences using Non Oberbeck-Boussinesq models. Dynamics of isothermal / non-isothermal flows around stationary / moving immersed bodies. Published 27 papers in some of the international journals of high repute like Journal of Fluid Mechanics, Journal of Computational Physics, Physics of Fluids, Intl. Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, Journal of Heat Transfer, AIAA Journal, Computers and Fluids Courses taught: Thermodynamics, Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Gas Dynamics, Numerical Methods, Computer Programming, Computational Fluid Dynamics.
