Farhan obtained his Ph.D. in the area of Micro Machining from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Roorkee. He joined as Assistant Professor (Contractual) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, AMU, in March 2021. His teaching and research interests include Advanced Manufacturing Processes, Industrial Engineering, and Metal Matrix Composites (MMCs). He has published papers in various International journals like Materials and Manufacturing Processes, Journal of Process Mechanical Engineering, etc. He has attended and presented papers at various international and national conferences.
