Dr. Ahmad Ali Khan did his B. Sc. Engineering, M. Sc. Engineering from AMU Aligarh and Ph D. from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK), India. Currently he is Professor, in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, AMU Aligarh, India and has more than thirty years of teaching experience both at PG and UG level. He has guided several M. Tech. Dissertations and Ph. D. He belongs to the group of Machine Design (Solid Mechanics). His area of interest includes Non-linear Dynamics, System Identification, Parameter Estimation and Smart Structures. He has got several papers published in International as well as National Journals and Conference proceedings in this area. He has reviewed different books and papers of different Journals as well. Further he has attended several conferences and also chaired sessions at National and International reputed conferences including abroad. Dr Khan is also fellow and member of different Technical bodies. He has been expert member in many selection committees at various reputed Universities and NIT. In addition to academics he has been serving the University by holding different administrative posts at various levels.
