This effect has been evaluated through several techniques such as, Electron microscopy technique to visualize the morphological changes in the cardiac tissue, ELISA for the biochemical estimation of cardiac marker enzymes (BNP, cTn I), caspase-3 protease and inflammatory markers, Invasive hemodynamic monitoring (LVP, ECG, heart rate), myocardial infarct size by TTC assay method as well as oxidative stress markers. This work has been published in Redox report, Toxicological mechanism method, and Therapeutics advances in cardiovascular disease. In total, I have published 19 original research articles in international journal of repute with cumulative impact factor 41.576. extensive animal handling, excellent technical skills on instruments like Powerlab Data Acquisition System, Langendorff apparatus, UV spectrophotometer, Elisa reader instruments; mitotic microscope etc. as well as to use software like Prism software package (version 4, GraphPad, San Diego, CA) and Image-Pro Plus 6.0.

I qualified national level examinations such as GATE and awarded a UGC-BSR to pursue doctoral research for five years.
