Dr. Mohd Bilal received the B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering and the M.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Instrumentation and Control from Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology (ZHCET), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh, India. He earned the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from AMU. His research interests include smart and sustainable microgrids, renewable energy systems, artificial intelligence applications in power systems, energy management, hydrogen energy systems, battery energy storage systems, and electric vehicle integration. He has published research articles in reputed international journals and conferences in these areas. He is a Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
