Rules for allotment of students in S.N. Hall



1.     The hall provides single seated room only to the MD/MS/P.G Medical students and foreigner students.

2.     Fresh students of any course shall be accommodated in 5 seater rooms.


3.     MBA/MPED students shall be given triple seater & double seater room depending on availability of rooms.

4. Those who are exchanging their rooms on mutual basis have to complete all the formalities within a week failing which allotment may be cancelled. Further a fresh allotment on mutual basis shall be final & binding upon them and no change shall be made in future unless/untill the interest of hall & students is envolved.

5. All rooms in Annexe are 4/5 seater rooms.

6. In case, student fails to a occupy allotted room or report to the office of provost within 2 weeks of allotment, their allotment will be considered cancelled and fresh allotment will be given on their place.

7. New students shall be allotted rooms on the first come first serve basis. Late applications will be considered as per availability of rooms.

8. Resident students shall refrain from use of abusive, intimidating or derogatory language. Ragging in the hall premises is an offence by law of land and those involved in ragging will face serious disciplinary action.

9. Heavy load electric equipments i.e. heater, blowers are not allowed in hall premises.

10. Applications for changing rooms will not be entertained after allotment of rooms without any valid reason.

  1. Back portion will be given in first come first serve basis in the hostel.

Note: Due to shortage of seats in S.N. Hall as compared to number of students getting admission

           the above mentioned rules may change depending upon the availability of seats.
