Joined A.M.U. as a lecturer on 21-12-1994 in the Department of Political Science, promoted as a reader on 21-12-2003 and Professor on 21-12-2009. I have been actively engaged in the academic and corporate life of the university. The area of specialization is Public Administration. Nineteen students have completed their research under my supervision. Twenty three Research papers have been published in the reputed journal like Indian journal of public Administration, IIPA, New Delhi, Indian journal of Politics, Dept. of Political Science, AMU, Kashmir Journal of Social Science, University of Kashmir, Srinagar etc. I have been member of Editorial Board of India Journal of Politics (2003-09). I am life member of IIPA and IAPS. I have been member of A.M.U court, A.M.U Academic Council and Member of Executive Council.
