Dr. Deeba Khanam Dr. Deeba Khanam is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Department of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, Malappuram Centre, Kerala India since August 2023 She hold UG and Ph.D. degrees from Department of Law Aligarh Muslim University, India. She is a university rank holder and Gold Medalist for SavitriBai Phule Pune University for PG (LLM). Her research interest centered around the issues of shelter home and child rights Her other areas of interest are Criminal Laws, Cyber Crimes, Criminology, and Child Rights Her Ph.D. is about Sexual Abuse of Children with special reference to the role of Shelter Homes in India. She has a full-time research experience of 4 years in field of “Child Rights” at Department of Law, A.M.U. Aligarh. She had published many research papers in reputed national and international journals and has authored three book entitled Child Rights and the Law,  Human Rights and Legislative framework in Contemporary World & “Society, Crime and Law”
