Research interest is in the area of Thin-Film Microelectronic Circuits, leading to more than 30 research papers in International/National Journals and Conferences. Has attended many conferences and summer schools. Guided several M.Tech.dissertations and B.Tech.projects. Has interest in teaching circuits, controls and measurement and instrumentation etc. The Journal in which some of the publications are â??Microelectronics and Reliabilityâ?? of U.K.
