Dr. Moazzam Aslam

DR. Moazzam Aslam Ph.D (2014) from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and Masters from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, in Structural Engineering with first class throughout the carrier. He has been awarded two gold medal in graduation examination 1994 for being topper among all the students of B.E. from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Besides teaching experience of more than 06 years (post Ph.D), he has an Industry experience of approximately 21.5 years. The teaching experience includes teaching under graduate and post graduate courses (M.Tech.) of civil engineering in universities of India such as; Aligarh Muslim University, Vivekananda College of Technology and Management Aligarh, DPGITM Gurgaon, International University of Shaqra in Saudi Arabia. Presently he is serving as an Assistant Professor in Aligarh Muslim University and has contributed two patents, quality research papers in International journals, national and International conferences. His areas of interest are Structural dynamics, Structural engineering, Steel structures, R.C.C. Design, Offshore Structures and Structures reliability. To Cope up with the present scenario of COVID-19, he has the experience of organizing / conducting the online classes / examinations. Started Career as a Civil Engineer in the Department of Telecommunications (DOT, Central Govt.) India, which later becomes BSNL and worked there for more than 21 years on the design and construction of numerous buildings. This Significant Industry experience as an Engineer would definitely prove to fill the niche in those universities/colleges that might have been ignored due to the lack of faculty with such an experience and would further helps educational programs to expand in an imaginative way.
