Dr. Md Sarwar Alam holds a Ph.D. Degree in Management from the Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has more than six years of experience in university teaching. He has taught at Post Graduate level to MBA students in institutions like AMU Kishanganj Centre and AMU Murshidabad Centre. Additionally, He has two years of industry experience before joining academics, which includes the companies The Times of India and Securitas India. His thrust areas are Marketing Management and Brand Management. At present, he is taking up different subjects in four semesters in the department, including Research Methods in Management, Brand Management, Advertising Management, E-Marketing, Strategic Human Resource Management, Spreadsheet Modeling, and Leadership through Literature. He is also taking up some additional administrative responsibilities like the Training & Placement Officer - AMU Centre Murshidabad, Member - Examination Committee, Member - Internal Complaint Committee. Dr. Sarwar has organized several Conferences, Workshops, FDPs, and Webinars.
