SOPs are uploaded in important notices & available in the office as well.
Conference Hall
The Centre has a Conference Hall with a capacity of 100 persons at a time.
The Conference Hall is managed by the Seminar in-charge Mr. Mohd Shariq, MTS Mr. Rizwan and MTS Mr. Suresh Kumar. The Conference Hall is IT enabled.
The conference hall is availed for academic and research purposes as per University rules.
Research Scholars' Seminar
Research Scholar's Seminar is open from 8 am to 4 pm on all working days and is under the supervision of the Seminar In-charge Mr. Mohd. Shariq.
The Seminar room for research scholars is equipped with computers with high speed internet connectivity as well as individual tables for all research scholars.
All the Research Scholars are encouraged to save electricity by switching off all electrical & electronic gadgets before leaving the room.
Seminar Library
The Advanced Centre for Women's Studies has a well equipped Seminar Library with a rich collection of books, periodicals, research journals, reports, etc. The Seminar Library is also equipped with computers with internet facility and all online resources of Maulana Azad Library of AMU can be accessed from the Centre's seminar library.
The seminar library is open from 8 am to 4 pm.
The faculty members, research scholars Postgraduate and Undergraduate students can avail the facility of its rich collection either by using it during office hours or getting books issued for a maximum period of one week by producing valid identity cards of the University.
All the books in seminar library are catalogued with Accession numbers for each, in line with the procedure followed by the Maulana Azad Library of the University.
