By the end of three years a MD Student must be able to:


Knowledge:

  1. Understand the process of procurement, embalming and preservation of human cadavers.

  2. Dissection of cadavers along with the preparation of specimen for the purpose of learning.

  3. The techniques of histology along with the use of EM, LM for the study of pictures of all the organs and tissues of the body.

  4. Understanding principles of human genetics, karyotyping and principles of imaging techniques.

  5. Anatomical explanation of neurological clinical disorders.


Skills:

  1. To be able to perform the dissection of human cadaver along with the techniques of preservation of cadavers.

  2. To be able to perform histological study of various tissues of human body along with the histo techniques.

  3. To understand and perform the research methology and to keep updated with the recent advances.
