Office of the OBC Affairs
The Office of OBC Affairs was established at the University in 2015 for the welfare of OBCs. The Office of OBC Affairs, through the Backwards Classes Bureau and NCBC, ensures legal recognition, equitable representation, and socio-economic uplift of India's OBC communities.
· Ensures the protection of the rights and interests of OBC students and employees.
· Addresses grievances related to discrimination, harassment, or injustice
· Monitors the implementation of reservation policies and welfare measures
· Promotes an inclusive, equitable, and discrimination-free campus environment.
· Acts as a liaison between the University and statutory bodies like the Committee on Welfare of Other Backwards Classes (OBCs)
