Dr. Zubair Shadab Khan, Associate Professor and Director, has been teaching Urdu as a first, second, and third language for over 22 years. His research focuses on language studies, literary criticism, linguistics, language teaching, and translation.

He has published more than 30 research papers in reputable journals, including *Fikr-o-Tahqeeq*, *Sher-o-Hikmat*, *Fikr-o-Nazar*, *Adab-o-Saqafat*, *Samkalin Bharatiya Sahitya*, and *Discourse*, among others. Dr. Khan has participated in numerous national and international seminars, workshops, and symposia, presenting papers and preparing materials. He has also organized over 40 workshops, seminars, and conferences on topics such as educational taxonomy, teaching, testing, evaluation, and literary studies.

Dr. Khan has authored four books: *(i) Radio Nashriyat: Taareekh, Asnaaf aur Peshkash*, *(ii) Urdu Language, Literature and Culture* (in English), *(iii) Zaban Shanasi*, and *(iv) Radio Television: Tareekh, Asnaf aur Peshkash*. Additionally, he has developed high-quality Urdu materials on teaching, learning, and testing for MOOC and other universities.
