• Preparation of Schedule of Establishment, Budget/Revised Estimates, Agenda Item of Finance Committee and other correspondence and RTI information in respect of the following departments/ offices

• Principal & Dean’s Offices and all departments of F/o Unani Medicine, AKTC Hospital and F/o Sciences and its departments and MA Library.

• Common Services and General Charges (i.e. Sir Syed Day, Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, Republic Day, Independence Day and Gandhi Jayanti etc.) Scholarship (Miscellaneous) and Leave accounts of the staff of the Section.

• Principal & Dean’s Offices and all the departments of Faculty of Medicine, JNMC and Paramedical College, College of Nursing and Institute of Pharmacy.

• Principal Office of Z.A. Dental College and its departments.

• Dealing of FSCM Module of Samarth Cloud Version.

• AMU Kishanganj Centre

• Typing/Miscellaneous works assigned by Section Officer from time to time.
