Ms. Nishat holds a degree in Master of Arts in 'English Language Teaching' (with Hons.), along with degrees of Bachelor of Arts in 'Communicative English' (with Hons.) and Bachelor of Education in 'English' (with Hons.). She has qualified UGC National Eligibility Test for lectureship (2011) in Linguistics and was also awarded UGC Junior Research Fellowship (2011). Ms. Nishat has taught as a Guest Faculty for a year in the Department of English, AMU. She has authored papers, organized and attended national and international conferences, seminars and workshops. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Language Lab.), Z.H. College of Engineering and Technology, AMU, since 2015.
