Dr. Reshma Begum, Professor of Hindi, Women’s College, A.M.U., Aligarh, did her M.Phil and Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Her Area of Research interest is Medieval Poetry of Hindi Literature. She teaches Hindi Language and the literature of Bhakteekaal, Reetikaal and Aadhunikaal to both undergraduate and graduate students. She has guided one M.Phil and four Ph.D. scholars, who have been awarded their degrees. At present six scholars are doing Ph.D. under her supervision and one Ph.D. has been submitted recently.

Dr. Reshma Begum has presented papers in a number of National/International Seminars/Conferences and published research papers in reputed journals like Shodh Amrat, Shodh Samiksha, Kashf, Abhinav Bharti and Faculty Journal (Arts) etc.
