Dr. Hasan Imam is currently serving as a 'Guest Teacher' in the Political Science Section at Women's College, AMU, Aligarh. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Professor (Political Science) for the 2022-2023 academic session (on a contractual basis) at the Centre for Distance and Online Education, AMU, Aligarh. There, he taught undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has also been a Teaching Faculty Assistant in Political Science at Women's College, AMU, Aligarh. In 2022, he earned his PhD in Political Science from the Department of Political Science, AMU, Aligarh, and completed his Master's in the same field at this department in 2015. Dr. Imam is a qualified UGC-JRF in Political Science and UGC-NET in Public Administration. His areas of interest include Indian Government and Politics, International Relations, Women's Rights, Politics of South Asia, and Migration Issues. He has published various research papers in nationally and internationally reputed peer-reviewed journals and has presented numerous papers at national and international conferences. Additionally, he has participated in several workshops and seminars, including an ICSSR-sponsored workshop on research methodology.
