Dr. Arshi Shoaib has been serving as an Assistant Professor at Women’s College, Aligarh Muslim University since 2017. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degree and her Doctorate in Islamic Studies from Aligarh Muslim University. Her research focuses on critically analyzing the contribution of Orientalists to Sirah literature, specifically their perspectives on the life of Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh). This work has published as a book titled "Sirah of Prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) from the Orientalists’ Perspective".

Dr. Arshi qualified for the UGC NET/JRF in 2011 and has published over a dozen research papers in UGC Care-listed, peer-reviewed national and international journals. She has also contributed chapters to several academic books. With participation in more than thirty international and national conferences, seminars, symposiums and workshops. She actively engages in other academic activities. Currently, she teaches various undergraduate courses while continuing to advance her research interests.
