Dr. S. Reshma Jamal is an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Her Ph.D. in Psychology has been awarded in the year 2000 by the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Dr. Jamal specializes in Criminal Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Social Psychology. She has supervised two Ph.D. degrees and three are currently ongoing under her supervision. She has authored two books, twenty-two research papers, articles, and book chapters and has supervised five M.A. dissertations. She has presented eighteen papers in many distinguished national and international seminars/conferences. Dr. Jamal has also organised various national and international seminars, conferences, and workshops. She has worked on the project 'National Foundation for Communal Harmony', Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Apart from academics, Dr. Reshma Jamal has also held several administrative positions at the departmental and university levels such as Convener of Alumni Meet Laboratory in-charge, Coordinator of Merit Scholarship, AMU, and Assistant Superintendent of Examination of Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Aligarh Muslim University.
