I did my MBBS from G.S.V.M Medical College, Kanpur and DCH from Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital, Lady Hardinge Medical College New Delhi and thereafter DNB (Pediatrics) from Dr.Baba Saheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi, where I later worked as Senior Resident also. I also served as Pediatrician at District Early Intervention Centre  under RBSK,NHM at J.N. Medical College, A.M.U.

I completed my fellowship in Clinical Genetics from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, later joining as a Senior Resident in the Department of Pediatrics at J.N. Medical College, A.M.U. and thereafter joining as Assistant Professor in the department. Currently, involved in developing Medical Genetics in the department and looking after High-Risk Newborn and Clinical Genetics OPD.
