Dr. Saim Farooqui is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law, Aligarh Muslim University. He is Teaching Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Legal Methods, Public International Law and Human Rights, his research interests are Environmental Constitutionalism and the Rights of indigenous. He is willing to work for the rights of the underprivileged and the relation of economy and ecology. He has presented a Paper on 'Environmental Discrimination' in Honolulu, Hawaii, the United States of America in 2017. His Paper on the decentralized governance model regarding Panchayati Raj was awarded 2^nd best paper at National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, in 2012. He is also a keen sportsman and represented Aligarh in the under 17 District Cricket tournament in 2004. He has also represented Aligarh Muslim University and Won Both North Zone and All India Inter-University Lawn Tennis Championship in 2010 & 2013.
