Dr. Absarul Hasan Kidwai is a Guest Teacher in the department of Law. He is also Senior Legal Practitioner in the District and Sessions Court Aligarh,UP since August 1992. He has worked as a District Government Counsel Criminal, Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Sessions Court, Aligarh from 26.07.2013 to 19.06.2018. He has also worked as Presiding Officer in the Elections of Bar Council of UP in March 2018. He has presented various research papers on the subjects like "Sexual Harassment at Work Place: An Evaluation", "Standard Form Contract", "Standard Form Contract with reference to e-contracts", in seminars of the different institutions. He has recently published a textbook on the Law of Evidence with ISBN-978-93-90672-57-8.
