Dr. Ahmad Mujtaba Siddiqui is assistant professor, Department of Geography, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. he has done B,.Sc, M.Sc and Ph. D in geography from Department of Geography A.M.U. Aligarh. he has carried out his doctoral research on land use studies.  he has also done certificate of course of Remote Sensing and GIS in Environmental Studies and off campus out reach certificate course of GIS and Global Navigation Satellite System  by IIRS, ISRO , Dept of Space , Govt. Of India
his area of interest are Land use and Land cover studies, Remote sensing applications and Economic geography.

he has also contributed various research papers and articles in reputed journals and edited Books. he has participated, presented papers in national and international conferences, symposium.
