Dr. Saboohi Nasim is a Professor in the Faculty of Management Studies and Research, Aligarh Muslim University, India.
She has done her doctoral research in the area of Strategic Change Management and e-Governance from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi.
She has attended several national and international conferences and has extensively published in refereed Scopus indexed journals, including the A category journals.
She has been awarded the prestigious AICTE’s National Doctoral Fellowship (at IIT-Delhi) and also has to her credit the Cummin's Best Case Award at IIM Kozhikode.
She, along with her scholars, have been the recipient
of several Best-paper Awards (IATM,
Pennsylvania, USA -2026; TiES 2024, IMS&R, Mumbai; Jamia Hamdard in
collaboration with ICSSR, New Delhi 2022), Distinguished Paper award (GLOGIFT, Pittsburg, USA , April
2025) and Second-Best Paper Award
(International Conference, IIT-Delhi-2016).
Her research interest lies in the integration of Technology Adoption, Change Management and Well-being. More than twenty-five PhDs have been successfully awarded/submitted under her supervision, so far.
She has been the co-editor of the Global
Journal of E-Business & Knowledge Management and has also been
an invited member on the editorial board of the Journal of
Change Management

Currently, she is on the editorial board of the International Journal of Global Business and Competitiveness (Springer Journal, https://link.springer.com/journal/42943/editors).
She has been steering Placement activities in the Department and is also the faculty advisor for Co-curricular Committee.
