| 2 days training on NTEP for residents intern and nursing staff 2 days Cascade training of NTEP was organised by Department od Respiratory medicine JN Medical college AMU Aligarh on 23 rd and 24th April under supervision of Prof Mohammad Shameem chairman, Dept. of Respiratory medicine and prof Veena Maheshwari dean principal and CMS. Training was attended by residents of different departments, intern, nursing staff. Training was conducted by Prof. Zuber Ahmad dept of Respiratory medicine FH medical college, Tundla, Dr Nafees khan dept of Respiratory medicine, Dr Ali Jafar abedi department of community medicine, Dr Uzma firdous department of paediatrics, Dr waleem ahmad department of Medicine, Imrana masood dept of Respiratory medicine, Dr shahzad anwar department of respiratory medicine, and Dr Shariq ahmad dept of microbiology. It was great learning 2 days for our residents and intern along with nursing staff. Prof Veena maheshwari told about the importance of TB control program and how these training is going to control this disease. Prof mohammad shameem elaborated the contribution of Department of respiratory medicine JN medical college toward fight against this deadly disease.
