5. Develop proficiency in designing development protocols, stability protocols, along with complete documentation activities of all formulations and R&D related activities

6. Executing batch development, process design, process optimization, and scale up batches.

7. Carrying out Pre and Post-formulation studies as per UPI /IP characterization

8. Experimental pharmacology and clinical trial of the formulations.

9. Pharmaceutical machinery and Instrument handling
