Department of Paediatrics & Preventive Dentistry

The Department of Paediatric and Preventive Dentistry successfully organized a School Oral Health Awareness and Dental Check-up Camp at Sultan Jahan School on 18th and 21st April 2026. The initiative aimed to promote oral health awareness and provide basic dental screening among young school children.

A dedicated team comprising Dr. Saima Yunus Khan, Dr. Imam Azam, Dr. Mohammad Atif, Dr. Akhtar Ali, Dr. Sufain, Dr. Manish Kumar Singh, and Dr. Akshat Sharma conducted the camp. Students from UKG to 5th standard actively participated in the programme, where they were educated about the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene practices, dietary habits, and preventive dental care. Basic oral examinations were carried out, and necessary guidance was provided to students and teachers.
