17-MAY-2018: 15 Geology students qualify JRF/NET
ALIGARH May 17: In yet another success story of Aligarh Muslim University, 15 students of the Department of Geology have qualified the national level examination for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).
Prof Syed Ahmad Ali, Chairperson of the Department of Geology informed that Naima Akhtar, Lata Udsaiya, Manoj Rajpoot, Nohid Khan, Raajuddin, Harshit Varshney and Nikhil Patel have got the JRF while Naurin Khan, Parvez Ali, Shadma Siddiqui, Parvez Ali, Gaurav Kumar, Tahreer Ayaz, Asjad Ali and Danish have made their way to qualify the NET.
Prof Ali said that the success of these students is a testimony to their hard work, dedication and guidance by the faculty members. He assured that the department will continue to provide them with all possible help and facility to excel in their career.
