· The Central Record Section is the section where the Personal Files
of all the University employees (Permanent as well as Temporary) are preserved.
Besides, the Personal Files of the persons who were retired are also maintained.
The main work of the Section is to issue the Personal Files to the
Officer, Staff of the Sections, Cell and Unit of the Central Office,
Administrative Block as and when it is required, for official purpose.
Due to issuance of a number of personal files to various Sections,
all the staff of the Central Records Section is directed for quick disposal and
for maintaining its confidentiality.
· All Personal Files are maintained in a Coding System used in
arrangement in archives.
It is responsibility of this section to place all the papers in
the concerned files.
