Working as Social Work Educator and Field Practitioner since 2011. Have also worked as consultant to Government of Jammu and Kashmir for Participatory Research Exercise in Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojna (SAGY), Village Sanghwali (Kathua), Jammu. Apart from teaching Social Work I am also working in Research and Field Action Projects of Government and Non Government Organisations working for social welfare and development.
