Dr. Sarah Javed working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Psychology has done her  Ph.D  in Clinical Psychology from the Department of Psychiatry, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University. Her research was based on Cognitive remediation of Schizophrenic and Depressive patients. She has been associated with various organizations for tele-counseling services like MANODARPAN MHRD Tele-counseling program, Speaking Cube, Indian Academy of Health Psychology etc. Her interest areas are Clinical Psychology, Health Psychology, Personality, Counseling Psychology. Dr Javed is also appointed as Assistant Coordinator of Student Counseling Center, AMU. She has published 2 books and more than 20 research papers in various reputed journals. Dr Javed has been invited as resource person for delivering lectures on various mental health related topics in different prestigious institutes nationally and internationally. She has also chaired various seminar and webinar sessions in National/International conferences Dr. Javed has bagged 3 best paper awards in International conferences and is also recipient of Young Scientist Award by AICPERT Inspirational Women Awards in the year 2021.
