Dr.S.Imtiaz Hasnain, Professor of Sociolinguistics. He was EWC Fulbright Scholar in East West Center, Hawaii, U.S.A.; Senior Fellow, Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL), (MHRD), Mysore; Visiting Professor, Centre for Linguistics, JNU; Visiting Scholar, Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Shimla; Senior Visiting Scholar. Orebro University, Sweden (For three months: April-June 2014).He has also been a recipient of "President's Inspired Teachers for 2015",which is the highest civilian recognition for University-level teachers for the Central Universities in the the Republic of India.
