Program Educational Objectives (PEO's) :

• To promote high quality research work of international standards in Persian language and literature.
  
• To train students in research ethics, methodology and scientific approach in research.
• To find and bring forth to the world, dormant and lesser known medieval Persian texts and manuscripts produced in India and Persia, preserved in various libraries of the world, through critical edition and translation.
