Bibi Fatima Hall
Bibi Fatima Hall is a residential Hall for girls providing a home away from home.
It was conceived by Prof. Muslim Taj Ahmed in 2007. The foundation stone was laid by former Vice Chancellor Prof. P K Abdul Azis on 27th January 2009. It was opened to the students on 1st August 2011. Initially It was named as "Engineering Hall for Girls". It was given its name "Bibi Fatima Hall" by respected Vice Chancellor Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Zameer Uddin Shah in April 2014. The Hall comprises of girls from B. Tech, B. Arch, M. Tech, B.E., M.Sc. (Polymer Science), and PhD.
The Hall is being run under the able guidance of provost Prof. Ghazala Parveen.
The Hall caters to the different needs of the girls. It runs its own mess and dining Hall. Clean and safe drinking water facility is available with water coolers on each floor. The Hall also provides Wi-fi facility for the girls. Indoor and outdoor game facility as well as a common room is provided for recreational purpose. To provide power back-up generator is available with connection in each room.
With each passing day a little more efforts is made to make Hall a "Home".HaHa
