24-APR-2015: Aligarh Muslim University's Training & Placement Office (General) in collaboration with New Delhi's Chanakya IAS Academy concluded a one-day seminar on 'Art of success' which was held at the AMU's Kennedy Auditorium.
After a recitation of the Holy Quran, the organizers welcomed the guests, Professor Anees Ismail, DSW, AMU, Mr Saad Hameed TPO (General) AMU and Mr A K Mishra founder Chairman and MD of Chanakya IAS Academy.
Sharing his views, AMU TPO (General) Mr Hameed pointed out that there is enormous talent in AMU students and they need to be guided in the right direction. "It is our responsibility to guide students in their steps. We have to answer students on 'What to do next' and 'How to do it'," said Mr Hameed.
The TPO (General) informed that Chanakya IAS Academy has a very good proposal of scholarship test. "Students who qualify this test will be given free tuitions in their academy," said Mr Hameed who added that we are looking forward a long term relation with Chanakya IAS Academy.
Meanwhile, Prof Ismail said that AMU TPO (General), Mr Hameed's efforts deserve appreciation. Prof Ismail further appreciated organizing members of the event for taking this initiative with hopes that AMU students will avail maximum benefits with the seminar.
Later in the event, mementos were presented to Guest of Honour, Chief Guest and Resource Persons followed by Mr Mishra's video presentation.
Stating that he had visited many universities in India but visiting AMU is a dream come true, Mr Mishra thanked AMU for the invitation. "The Voice of AMU students is louder and more effective than many other places of learning," said Mr Mishra.
"AMU is praised and well known for its talent all over the world," he added.
Student coordinators Md Shahdul Ain, Altaf Husain and Naved along with anchors Shaba Naz, Shafaquae Zehra, Sayeda Eba and other volunteers were in the organizing committee of the event.
