Vigilance Awareness Week gets a Head Start in Tibbiya College
Aligarh, October 31: Department of Tahaffuzi Wa Samaji Tib, Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College Faculty of Unani Medicine, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has organized Vigilance Awareness Week (30th Oct to 4th November) 2017 as per the directives of Vigilance Commission Govt. of India. ?My Vision-Corruption free India?, is the theme of this year`s Vigilance week
The Chairman of the department, Professor S.M. Safdar enlightened the gathering about corruption in medical field and appealed them to observe their duties honestly. Prof Ashraf announced different events the department is going to undertake including slogan writing competition among the UG students and the Vigithon to impart awareness among different department of the Faculty of Unani Medicine by the PG Scholars and Interns.
Vigilance pledge was delivered by Chairman Prof S M Safdar Ashraf. Speaking on the occasion Dr. Zameer Ahmad, Chairman Department of Amraz Jild Wa Zohrawia gave emphasis on Corruption free India.
Dr. Ammar Ibne Anwar conducted the programme and Dr. Abdul Aziz Khan proposed vote of thanks. Dr Mohd. Usman managed the programme activities and conducted Vigithon on Corruption Awareness.
On this occasion PG scholars, staff members and interns were also present.
