Professor Syed Ziaur Rahman visits Iran to attend International Congress
Aligarh, December 4: Professor Syed Ziaur Rahman (Department of Pharmacology, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College?JNMC, Aligarh Muslim University?AMU) is in Tehran, Iran to attend the ?1st International Congress on Ethics in Science and Technology? . The congress, which started on December 4, 2017 will conclude on December 8, 2017.
Prof Rahman will speak on ?Ethics in alternatives to animal experimentation? in the congress organised by the Iranian Association for Ethics in Science and Technology (IAEST), International Association of Medical Colleges (IAOMC) and other internationally accredited research-educational institutes, centres and cultural-civil authorities in Iran.
The programme aims to lay stress upon the significance and priority of ethics over other equal things in areas of science and technology, ethical impacts on miscellaneous contexts of development, and ethical obligations in academia and society. This congress will try to find opportunities for theoretical innovations and offer international and regional investigations.
Prof Rahman is permanent member of 'Board of Trustees', Elected Secretary and Chair of the Advisory Council (Section 3), International Association of Medical Colleges (IAOMC). He was recently conferred with the ?Pharma Ratan Award?2017? during the International Pharmaceutical Conference in New Delhi.
