28-NOV-2018: AMU ABK High School organises 'Inter House Science and Art and Craft Exhibition'
Aligarh, November 28: Aligarh Muslim University ABK High School organised 'Inter House Science and Art and Craft Exhibition' in which Chief Guest, Prof Rizwan Khan (Department of Biotehnology); Guest of Honour, Dr Anwar Shahzad (Assistant Director, Directorate of School Education) and Dr M Abbas Niazi (Principal, AMU ABK High School) distributed prizes to the winners of junior and senior groups of participants. Students from classes VI to X displayed their working and non-working models in the exhibition.
Hardik Prasad and Ayman Hafeez won the first prize in the working category of science models in the senior group. Shan-e-Alam, Tabrez Ali, Sameer Zahid and M Ali received the second, third and consolation prizes respectively.
In the senior's non-working category models, Imran Hafeez bagged the first prize with Rayyan Arif and M Saad receiving the second prize. M Faiz and Arshad Hussain shared the third prize and Ziyan Khan and Nitish Singh were given the consolation prize.
In the charts category of the senior group, Monis Siddiqui was declared first, while Yash Kumar, M Kaif Khan and Devesh Kumar got the second, third and consolation prizes respectively.
Sachin Kumar won the first prize for working models in the junior category. Zakwan Ahmad and Hammad ur Rahman were declared second and third respectively. Prateek Kumar and M Zaid Khan shared the consolation prize.
Devesh Kumar was the winner in the non-working models category of junior group with Moon Kumar securing the second place and Faizan Ali finishing third. Fuzail was given the consolation prize.
Himanshu won the charts category of the junior group. Arman stood second, M Imran was declared third and Praveen won the consolation prize.
Dr Asfar Khan, Mr M Tariq, Mr Shakir and Mr Kamil were the judges.
