01-JUL-2019: JNMC residents participate in Polio Seroprevalence Study
Aligarh, July 1: Resident doctors from the Department of Paediatrics, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) worked in different districts of Uttar Pradesh (UP) as a part of the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) run Polio Seroprevalence Study in UP.
Dr M Ghaziur Rehman worked at Moradabad, Dr Kumar Vasu was deployed in Badaun, Dr Neelam Mandhar was stationed in Ghaziabad and Dr Kamleshwar was posted at Bareilly.
Prof Farzana Beig (Chairperson, Department of Paediatrics) has received a letter of appreciation from the WHO and ICMR team for the successful participation of JNMC resident doctors.
