All the participants coming to attend the conference from other institutions shall be provided with free boarding and lodging at Aligarh Muslim University Guest Houses/ Hostel. Since very limited funds are available at our disposal, the participants are requested to arrange TA from their own institutions/recourses. Foreign delegates shall be provided transportation from Indira Gandhi International Airport (New Delhi) to Aligarh. In case some additional funds are made available, the Organizing committee may provided TA to some of the selected (Indian) participants.

The university is about 3 km from the Aligarh Railway Station which is 130 km from New Delhi and is well connected by Rail & Road. The weather during February will be cold with the temperature range 15-20 degree C. The nearest airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.
