Persons interested in taking part in the conference are advised to send the enclosed proforma duly filled together with two copies of the abstracts of their papers typed in LATEX to the convener or co-convener of the conference latest by November 30, 2009.

The invited speaker are also requested to provide the text of their talks before November 30, 2009 to the organizers so the copies of the talks may be distributed to the participants
