Sealed Tenders are invited from Registered and approved suppliers up to 12:00 noon of 08.05.2010 in the office of Electrical Engineer (supply service section), Department of Electricity, A.M.U., Aligarh for the supply of following items. The tender will be open on the same day i.e. 08.05.2010 at 1:00 P.M.Issue of tender documents will be stopped on 26.12.2009
The tender document can be obtained from the office of Electrical Engineer (SSS) on any working day between 10:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M on all working days and on Fridays from 08.00 A.M. to 11.A.M.on payment of prescribed tender cost mentioned against each group in cash (non refundable)
The complete tender under sealed cover along with prescribed Earnest money shall be submitted .The Earnest money can be deposited in cash with the cashier Department of Electricity (SSS) or F.D.R. from schedule bank duly pledged in favor of Finance Officer, A.M.U.Aligarh.
No tenders will be accepted with out Earnest money. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning of reasons.
